||History||

Birthed in a controlled environment from purebred parents and whose sire was a domineering Navy Seal canine, Alaric was conditioned to become a military canine like his father and has endured two strenuous years of arduous training at SCH III levels (highest degree of protection dog trials.). Drafted into the service beside Lieutenant Grayson Spencer, the duo gained utmost respect and trust for one another and had experienced many missions over time, but everything halted abruptly when his partner was fatally wounded during an enterprise. The Fleet Admiral had commissioned Alaric to a quality foster home but, the ship transiting the canines to their fresh homes was assaulted by enemy submarines and it sank. Some Navy occupants had freed as many dogs as possible, but Alaric had escaped himself and with several brethren he lept into the frigid waters and swam to shore almost 4 miles in. Some dogs hadn’t made it.
